The ski passes are to be bought separately at the lift station. Children born after 2005 do not need any ski passs.

Our ski school children, who are still using the beginner' slopes are able to use our lifts and magic carpet free of charge. Once the course changes onto public lifts, the children, who were born 2004 and earlier will need a ski pass.

Please note:If the wjhole family wants ato use lift systems, the it is advisable to purchase a family pass on the very first day.

Yes, they do. Everyone, who wants to use the ski lifts need a ski pass. For beginners the following appies: On the first day a beginner's pass for 1 day has to be purchased and after teh course the correct kind of card has to be discussed with the teacher for the rest of the week.

We offer half day courses as part of our private courses and snow board courses.

All other group courses will last four hours - (2 hours in the morning 10:00 - 12 noon and 2 hours in the afternoon 13:00 - 15:00)!

The allocation of children in our ski school is made predominantly according to ability and age.If your children or your friends' children are similar in ability, we ask you to tell the person allocating the courses on the first day. We will try our best!

if your children are of different ability, the better skier would have to be considerate with the less able skier.

Our programme for groups has been designed for one week with ski races and great programme points. That why it makes sense to stay with the course for 5 or 6 days. It is, however, possible to attend a course for fewer days.

It is especially useful for beginners to attend a week's course.

Yes, the differentiation has been coordinated so that adults and children willne close to each other.

Children are supervised until parents collect them. Should it happen that parents return much too late, the child will be taken to lunch time care and will be fed there and given a drink.

 No! It is possible to book further days from course length of 3 days. You will therefore be paying the same price as if you had booked a full week.

Most of our guests have visited us before. These guests, ie children - will receive an achievement pass - adults will mostly already know the instructor. Groups are allocated mostly via interview. If you are at the ski and snow board school Adventure Rauris for the first time, allocation to groups will be made after a few questions refering to ability, age and language. After that ability will be checked on some easy terrain. If allocation for whatever reason should not be 100% accuarate, it is always possible to change groups.

You will only be reimbursed if you provide a doctor's note( Injury, illness). You will get a percentage of the course duration. However, there are several offers,  (taster card, extension,...) in order to make the risk for you as low as possible!

If there are still problems, we will be able to rebook, reimburse or give you a voucher  within the Ski School Rauris.

Of course this is possible.

We just reqwuest that you inform our office on the day before, so that we can rebook.

 Adventure Raurisoffers you its own ski board and cross country hire inclusive of sledging, walkie talkies and helmets.

We furthermore have a small shop in our ski school, which offers everything needs for winter sports.

This is basically possible, we ask you to mail us your requests as early as possible.

We can, however, nor give you any guarantees.

Basically the earlier the better applies!

Here you have the possibility to pass on you wishes in our booking system and are able to book your private instructor quickly.

Yes! We ask you to bookand pay for lunch time supervision at our office, early in the morning before the course on the day it is required.

From 4 years onwards for downhill skiing.

From 7 - 8 for snowboarding.

For snowboarding: if the child is younger than 7 it is advisable to book a private instructor.

The difference is that this card is slightly cheaper, if the child does not want to stay in the course.

That is why this taster course only applies for 4 - 5 year olds.

The price of this card will be take into account when the course is extended. you will therefore only pay the difference.

We have Dutch and Austrian instructors, who can speak Dutch and English.  We cannot always promise that all Dutch speaking pupils will be taught in their language.

Of course we will try to fulfil your wishes. Please, tell us when we allocate the groups.

We normally have plenty of vacancies inuour group courses.

We recommend to book via our booking system directy.

The ski course days should be taken successively, because one practises a lot in the group every day. This will enable you not to stagnate but to succeed. If there are gaps, a change of groups might be necessary. You had better speak directly with your instructor.

 We recommend  that you attend at least 3 successive days, because you will only have to pay the difference i nprice if you should wish to extend your course. furthermore the programme of the group course is designed for a whole week.

We recommend a 5 day course especially for beginners to give them a safe and soumd start for further skiing holidays.
